Returns

- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RA number on the package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Please note the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

- Customized or personalized items that have been specially made for you.
